My Client a world leading asset management company, are looking for a 2nd 3rd Line Network support specialist to develop Implement and support their Network and systems management systems. I am looking for someone with a minimum of three years experience ideally in a banking * finance environment. Also any certifications (ccna * mcse * mcp) will be an advantage but not essential To give you a better understanding the following skills are critical requirements in this environment: - BMC Patrol, NetIQ AppManager, MicroMuse Netcool products, Aprisma Spectrum - Recommend, develop, implement and support solutions for application management, systems management, network management, security management, fault mgmt, performance mgmt, inventory mgmt, service reporting, service assurance and help-desk trouble ticketing base on industry standards (ITIL) - Provide 2nd * 3rd line support of the ESM infrastructure i.e., BMC Patrol, NetIQ AppManager, MicroMuse Netcool, IBM Tivoli NetView, HP OpenView NNM, Aprisma Spectrum, Escalation DB and Entuity - Ongoing performance analysis of the ESM monitoring servers. The salary is flexible dependant on experience.
